On November 19, 2013, New Energy Shenzhen Research Institute and Shenzhen Mantru.e Commercial Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. patent technology transfer contract signing ceremony was held in Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center.

Deputy Director of Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Committee Qiu Xuan, Vice Chairman of Shenzhen Futian District CPPCC Zhu Dongbo, Dean of Shenzhen Guochuang New Energy Research Institute Dr. Mao Sheng, Senior Vice President Dr. B.Brrows, Dean Liu Wei, the founder of the kitchen business equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Mr. Yan Dingyong, and other guests attended the meeting, Mr. Liu Yan, President of Zhonglian Fortune Asset Management Co., Ltd. attended and signed the contract in the ceremony.

The signing ceremony involves the overall transfer of two series of patented technologies.
